Study Coordinator/Project Manager

Histion is an equal opportunity employer seeking a full-time or part-time Study Coordinator to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, and willing to find, learn and apply new techniques.  The ideal candidate will also demonstrate great attention to detail, have a working knowledge of GLP processes and excellent organizational and oral and written communication skills.  At least two to three years study coordinator or project management experience and a BS or equivalent in Biology or a related science is preferred.  Extensive experience in all of the following areas is not essential but preference will be given to the candidate that demonstrates practical familiarity with:

·       Preclinical studies of product candidates fr the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industries

·       Histology (paraffin and plastic) and laboratory procedures including radiography using a Faxitron x-ray cabinet and immunohistochemistry/in situ hybridization

·       Project management

·       Medical writing
